  • Take some time out to take deep breaths in the middle of a task
  • Do take some time to do something fun. Also it does not have to make sense to everyone.
  • Get rid of that pressure and give yourself grace.
  • A random act of kindness will not hurt anyone
  • Go for a long walk in the nature for fresh air
  • Practice a hobby you have paused
  • Embrace your feelings and emotions
  • Have positive self-talk with love and kindness
  • Deep clean and declutter your home
  • Donate stuff you are no longer using anymore
  • Say NO to things and people that do not serve you and your mental health
  • Set and repeat positive affirmations
  • Do something you fear. Conquer your fear and that task. Believe me, you will feel amazing!
  • Celebrate how far you have come. Also be humble and grateful.
  • Set all kinds of boundaries where you feel drained
  • Check in on your friends
  • Have a solo dance party on your favorite playlist

  • Track down all your thoughts. So that you clear your mind
  • Think about your goals and make a plan to accomplish them
  • Go to bed an hour earlier
  • Put encouraging texts and quotes around you. So that you feel motivated!
  • Write a few things you love about yourself daily
  • Have a good conversation with your friends and family
  • Do something that makes you feel excited and amazing
  • Support a cause you believe in
  • Ask for help when you need it. It does not make you weak
  • Love yourself and do not forget to take a stand for yourself
  • Take a long weekend break for recharging yourself
  • Skincare is also self-care and do not let people tell you otherwise.
  • If stuff like make-up, skincare, video games, Netflix and a chill, lazy day in bed makes you happy, do it. Everything you like does not have to make sense to everyone.
  • Bad past, regrets or anything you want to grieve about is fine. Let yourself grieve and cry. Holding onto something is also tiring.
  • Take time out for overthinking. So that you can practice mindfulness.
