GRATITUDE
ATTRACT ABUNDANCE
Gratitude expression is one of the most important activity you should practice consistently in daily life. In order to become successful in life, you must be grateful to God Almighty for what he has been giving you and what you already have in life. A person who is grateful experiences more happiness and miracles in life and he will be happier and happier in the future.
Being satisfied and thanking God is also a quality of a good human being. I do not mean to say that you are a bad person. I just want to say that people do not have something which is called Realisation.
REALISATION:
God does not burden you and your soul with a problem you are not capable of handling. So when you go through difficulties in life, Thank God. Because he thinks you are capable enough to handle such huge problems in life. Mindset is everything. If you think that the problem you are facing is very big, you will find it difficult to get over it. And if you think you are enough when you have God by your side, NO PROBLEM IS BIG. It is all a part of a process called LIFE.
You are learning, growing, healing and winning when you face problems. In short, the bigger the problem, the more capable you will become and the more you learn.
Many people lack the ability to realise. They are not able to realise this for a number of reasons. And also it is not their mistake. But the people who have the blessing of realisation should thank God and express gratitude in every walk of life.

What to do?
How to remember things you should be grateful for?
And how to express gratitude?
Start from childhood. Go down the memory lane and think what are you grateful for? That toy your parents brought you to which you were attracted. Or maybe you learned cycling or roller skating. Spent time with your grandparents. Passed the most difficult exam. Survived and healed from a condition of the death bed.
If you think you did not grow that much mentally, emotionally or physically, remember you always keep growing spiritually and God helps you grow without you knowing about it.
Make a journal and write all the things you remember. And also write your insecurities and flaws. So that you can aim to get over it and further write about it in your gratitude journal.
Love yourself and find peace within yourself.
