FATAL EGO
HOW TO KILL YOUR TOXIC EGO?
The word Ego has a negative connotation but it carries positive as well as negative aspects. From a positive point of view, ego means a solid, healthy, and strong sense of self. Ego in this regard is essential to be a powerful force and the individual has to be strong and self-reliant.
Big ego does not mean you are stuck-up or conceited. Instead, it means you can access within yourself the truth in any situation. Most commonly a big ego entails a bull-headed, narrow-minded, arrogant, and self-centered attitude. People with big egos are unable to humble themselves. Such people always have the obsessive-compulsive need to be right.
But this ego does not always help. It can ruin your life. No matter whether you have achieved success or not, you must always be humble. When one cannot control his/her impulses and anger plus ego, it can become very toxic. Not just for people around you but also your own life.
